THE WEDDING
The Wedding ceremony will take place at the Madre de Deus Church, located in the old town on the banks of the Capibaribe River. This church was built in the 18th century and is one of the main Catholic temples in Recife.
ABOUT RECIFE
Recife is located on the northeastern coast of Brazil, and it is often referred to as the "Venice of Brazil" due to its numerous waterways, bridges, and canals that crosses the city.
BOA VIAGEM BEACH
Boa Viagem Beach has a beautiful boardwalk, perfect for a relaxing walk by the beach and to drink fresh coconut water. The beach has beautiful natural pools, formed by reef formations that emerge during low tide. However, it's important to be cautious of the presence of sharks. There are signs on the beach indicating where it is not safe for swimming and lifeguards can also provide guidance on safe swimming areas.
OLD RECIFE
Recife Antigo (Old Recife) is the historical section of central Recife, Brazil. It is located on the Island of Recife, near the Recife harbor. This historic area has been recently recovered and now holds several clubs, bars and a high-tech center called Porto Digital
OLINDA
Just a short distance from Recife, the charming town of Olinda is a UNESCO World Heritage site, known for its colonial architecture and vibrant arts scene. Olinda is the host city of the best carnaval of Brazil!
PORTO DE GALINHAS
It has been voted "Best Brazilian Beach" for the eighth time in a row by the readers of Voyage & Tourism Brazilian magazine. According to this magazine, the main reasons given are the beauty of the natural pools (the closest to the coast in all of Brazil), the ecological trails, the hotel infrastructure and the proximity to a large city and the airport in Recife.
